Description
Stalbridge Farmhouse is an 18th-century building, originally two cottages that have been combined into a single house. It is constructed of coursed rubble walls with a tiled roof and has end brick stacks. The house has two storeys and five window bays. Most windows are wooden casements with glazing bars and wooden lintels. A 20th-century casement window without glazing bars is located in the right-hand ground-floor bay. A 20th-century porch encloses the front door, which is situated in the former right-hand cottage. The door to the left-hand former cottage is blocked. To the right of this blocked door are the remains of another blocked opening featuring a moulded stone surround.
