Description

This small house, located at the end of a row, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared stone with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and features two windows, all of which are 3/6 pane sashes with stone lintels. There is a blocked doorway to the right and a 20th-century brick end stack. A door under a stone lintel is located on the left gable end. This cottage is part of a row that was built or rebuilt after the destruction caused by the great storm of 1824.
