Description

There are two boundary stones located on an island in the River Stour and one boundary stone in the garden of No. 41 East Street. These small rectangular slabs of stone have the letters "BB" incised on them, with the stone in the garden of No. 41 featuring a curved top. These stones marked the former boundary between the Borough of Blandford and the Parish of Langton, and they likely date from the 18th century.
