Description

31 East Street is a building dating from before 1731. It features a three-storey red brick front with two windows, although the top storey appears to be a later addition. The building has altered sash windows, and the doorway is topped with a pedimented hood that includes shaped brackets. To the right of the doorway, there is a small oriel shop window.
