Description

15 and 17 East Street are a pair of buildings dating from before 1731. They are two-storey structures with a four-window painted brick front and feature one gabled dormer. The eaves have a coved cornice. The first-floor casements still have lead glazing along with some original catches and stays, while the ground floor has been altered. These buildings, along with Nos 1 to 17 (odd) and the outbuildings behind Nos 1 and 3, are of particular interest as most of them were built after the fire of 1731.
