Description

10 and 12 St Peter's Street are two buildings dated 1725 and 1726, respectively. They are two storeys high and have a total of five windows. The buildings are constructed of painted brick and feature an eaves cornice. The glazing bars are intact, and each building has a six-panel fielded door with a small flat hood above it. These properties, along with Nos 2 to 30 (even) and No 30A, form a group.
