GV II

House, late C18. Header bond brickwork, tiled roof with stone-slate margins and end brick stacks. Modillioned brick eaves cornice. L-plan. Symmetrical. 2 storeys and attics, 3 bay. Windows have segmental brick relieving arches with stone keystones. 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars except to the upper floor centre which has a similar casement of 2-lights. Central porch with part-glazed panelled door having reeded architrave with paterae. (RCHM, Dorset, vol. IV, p. 39, no. 5).
