Description
Pegg's Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It features header bond brickwork and a tiled roof with stone-slate margins and end brick stacks. The building has a modillioned brick eaves cornice and is designed in an L-plan, with a symmetrical layout. It stands two storeys tall with attics and has three bays. The windows are adorned with segmental brick relieving arches and stone keystones, and they consist of three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, except for the upper floor center which has a two-light casement. The central porch includes a part-glazed panelled door with a reeded architrave and paterae.
