The headstone of Mary Thomas, dated 1752, is located 25 metres north of the north aisle of the Church of St Tetha in St Teath. It commemorates Mary, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Thomas. The headstone is made of slate and features a rectangular shape with a nowy-shaped panel. The inscription is presented in upper and lower case lettering with serifs.
