Description
Nos. 1, 2, and 3 Teague Terrace are a row of three terraced houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from stone rubble and cob with brick dressings, topped with rag slate roofs that have gable ends. The house at No. 1 on the left has a bitumen-coated roof, while No. 1 features stone rubble stacks, and Nos. 2 and 3 have brick stacks.
The layout consists of three terraced houses: Nos. 1 and 3 on the ends have two-room plans with a central entrance and are heated by end stacks. No. 2, situated in the center, has a one-room plan with the entrance on the left. The exterior is two stories high. Nos. 1 and 3 each have two window fronts featuring brick segmental window arches, early 19th-century 12-pane hornless sashes, and central 20th-century doors. No. 2 has a single window front with a 20th-century door to the left, a 19th-century 16-pane casement to the right, and a 16-pane sash window above. The interiors have not been inspected. These houses are part of a group in the village of St Teath.
