This is a headstone dating from 1796, located 12 metres north of the west tower of the Church of St Tetha in St Teath. It commemorates Mary, the wife of John Hocken. The headstone is made of slate and features rectangular shape with inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering, which includes serifs.
