Description
The Five Wells well head is a structure dating from 1730, featuring an inscription to Thomas Cook MA. It is constructed from elvan ashlar and includes granite steps and coping, topped with wrought-iron railings. The well head has a convex retaining wall that is slightly protruding in the center. The water source is located in a central rectangular niche, and there are wide steps made of cobbles that are bordered with granite kerbs.
