Description

The Pomery monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 5 metres south of the south aisle of the Church of St Clarus. This 18th-century tomb is made of greenstone ashlar and features a plain slate lid. It commemorates Joseph Pomery, who passed away in 1788.
