Description

Waterlow House is a mid-19th century house in the parish of St Cleer Tremar. Constructed of granite and slatestone rubble, it has a hipped slate roof and side stacks with rendered shafts. The house follows a double-depth plan, with a central entrance and principal rooms to the front right and left, each served by an end stack. Shallower service rooms are located to the rear, and a two-storey wing was added in the 20th century to the back of the room on the right. The symmetrical front facade has three windows, all with 12-pane sashes and brick voussoirs. A central 20th-century door also features brick voussoirs. Part of the right side elevation is rendered and blank. The interior has not been inspected.
