Description
The retaining walls at Treworgey date from around 1832 and flank the main drive. They are constructed of slatestone, arranged in alternating sections of vertically-set and horizontally-coursed walling, with earth infill. On the west side, the walls return to the farmyard and have been breached to accommodate a 20th-century drive and gate pier. This area also features part of an old milestone with three inscribed faces that read 'CANE, LISKD' and 'ST CLEER'.
