Description

Woodhill Manor is an early 19th-century farmhouse located in Liskeard. The front features slate hanging, while the rear and the right lean-to are made of slatestone rubble. The roof is hipped and covered with asbestos slate, featuring one rendered stack on the left and two on the right. The building has a double-depth plan with two rooms at the front and a slightly later lean-to on the right. It stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-window front. The central doorway has an old four-panel door with glazed top panels, flanked by 20th-century windows. The right lean-to has two original 12-pane, two-light casements on the first floor. The rear of the house features segmental rubble arches over 20th-century windows and a 20th-century door towards the left. The interior has not been inspected. A tall garden wall adjoins the right side of the rear wall of the house, featuring a segmental-arched doorway at the center and extending approximately 30 meters.
