SW 83 SW MYLOR TREFUSIS ROAD, (west side), Flushing 6/281 Flushing Post Office

GV II

Post Office on end of row. Circa early C19. Textured render to walls. Slurried scantle slate L-shaped roof with hip on corner, adjoining taller gable of shop, right and with brick chimney with 4 flues over rear gable. Plan of shop to front, originally with cross passage to rear on right but now incorporated into shop, reception room behind shop on left with south front and service room behind. 2 storeys. 1-window east road front with 8 pane 2-light casement towards right. Ground floor has double shopfront with bowed shop windows with glazing bars. Doorway between with original fanlight with central lozenge pane and further doorway adjoining to right of shopfront, all with original simple entablature over. C20 glazed doors. Left-hand window is replacement and has letter box on left, but right-hand window is original. Interior not inspected.
