Description

These are early 19th-century terraced houses at 2-5 Regent Terrace, Penzance. The facades are stuccoed, with number 3 rendered in pebble-dash. The houses are two storeys high with attics, each featuring hipped dormers; number 4 has a large, modern dormer window. Each house has two windows, with sash windows lacking glazing bars. Number 2 features a late 19th-century two-storey square bay window. Numbers 3, 4, and 5 have shallow porches constructed with wooden lattice, incorporating semi-circular arches. They are included in the listing for their group value, forming part of a wider group of numbers 1 to 23.
