Description

St Erbyn's School is an early 19th-century building located on Clarence Street in Penzance. It is constructed from granite ashlar and features a string course, quoins, and sill aprons. The roof is slate and hipped, with a panelled eaves soffit. The front elevation has two storeys with three windows, while the side has two storeys with four windows and a two-storey extension with two additional windows. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. The entrance porch is made of wood and glass, supported by Corinthian columns and topped with an entablature.
