8/317 House at approximately 60 metres east - of Gwavas Farmhouse 5.11.74 GV II

Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Incised stucco. Grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimney over the gable ends. Roof sweeps lower behind the right hand side. Plan: L-shaped plan. 2 front rooms flanking a central entrance hall and probably stair and pantry within internal rear outshut behind the entrance hall and the right-hand room. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window south-east front with central doorway and original small window openings. C20 door and glazed porch, circa late C19 4-pane horned sashes. Interior: Not inspected.
