Description
This is a farmhouse built around the early 19th century, located approximately 60 metres east of Gwavas Farmhouse. It features incised stucco on the exterior and a grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimneys at the gable ends. The roof slopes down lower at the back on the right side. The building has an L-shaped plan, with two front rooms on either side of a central entrance hall, which likely includes a stair and pantry in the rear outshut behind the entrance hall and the right-hand room. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with two windows on the south-east side, a central doorway, and original small window openings. There is a 20th-century door and a glazed porch, along with late 19th-century four-pane horned sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
