Description

The Rogers Monument is an early 19th-century chest tomb located in the churchyard about 6 metres northeast of the north aisle of the Church of St Terminus in Landrake with St Erney. It is made of squared greenstone and features a slate lid along with cast iron railings. The tomb is rectangular in shape, topped with a plain flat slate lid. The railings are mounted on round granite corner stones at the west end and are designed with spear-headed tops. This monument commemorates Richard Rogers, who passed away in 1834.
