Description

This is a headstone located 45 metres southeast of the Church of St Materiana in Tintagel, dating from 1771. It commemorates Avice Langford, who died in 1771, and her husband William, who died in 1777. The headstone is made of slate and has a rectangular shape. It features inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering with serifs, as well as depictions of male and female angel's heads.
