Description

COLAN SW 86 SW 5/16 Holy well about 7 metres south east - of Rialton Manor GV II*

Holy well. C15. Slatestone and granite rubble. Corbelled stone roof with gable ends. Small well-house; the front gable end has 4-centred arched opening with roll-moulding and hollow-chamfer; the roof has moulded granite coping. Inside, the whole floor is the sink, with an image niche at the rear.
