Outbuilding At Approximately 15 Metres West Of Trewoofe Farmhouse

This outbuilding, located approximately 15 meters west of Trewoofe Farmhouse, is likely a former shippon that has been converted into a cartshed. It dates from the 18th century or early 19th century and is constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings. The roof is primarily covered with corrugated iron, except for the right-hand (east) end, which features an old grouted scantle slate roof. The building has gable ends and is long and rectangular in shape, with three original doorways on the front and a later wide doorway at the left-hand end. The south front includes three regularly spaced doorways and a small window opening to the left of the left-hand doorway. Inside, the walls are simply lime-washed rubble, and the roof structure dates from the 19th century.
