Description

This is a detached mine chimney located at Sidney Godolphin Mine, dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble and brick, featuring a round plan. The chimney is tapered and consists of a lower half made of rubble and an upper half of brick laid in polychrome bands. The cornice is partly fallen.
