Description

Westward Cottage is an 18th-century house located in a row on the south side of Church Street, West Looe. The exterior is incised stucco on probable rubble, with a mid-floor band and a steep asbestos slate roof. The property follows a shallow-depth plan and presents a regular three-window facade. The windows are 20th-century 16-pane hornless sashes, with the exception of a possible early 19th-century hornless sash on the ground floor towards the left. A house doorway with a 20th-century door is situated on the far left, and a wide carriage entrance on the right now accommodates a garage door. The interior has not been inspected.
