Farmhouse. C18. Colourwashed rendered cob on stone plinth. Thatched roof, partly rethatched with Dutch water reed, half-hipped at right end. Projecting left gable end stack with brick chimney, further brick ridge chimney. Single depth 3 room plan with direct entry into central room. Left end may be an addition marked by change in wall plane and eaves level and former external wall between ground floor room left and centre rooms. 2-storeys. Off-centre, enclosed porch with sloping slate roof, 6 plank door. Second entrance to left of front with C20 door. One 2-light timber casement with 6 panes per light ground floor left, replacing former door, inserted in C20. Similar casement to left of porch, 4-pane timber opening to right of porch. Rear has 3 similar casements. 4 C20 buttresses to rear. Central room has partially blocked large fireplace. Roof timbers said to be pegged.
