Description
The structure is a preaching cross located adjacent to the north-west corner of the Church of St Martin in Liskeard. It dates back to the medieval period and was relocated in 1908 by Samuel Bone, who was the Mayor at the time. The cross is a monolith shaped like a Latin cross and is set into a granite base. It was discovered on land at Vensloe and is likely the Culverland Cross, as indicated by a plaque.
