Description

This is a terrace of estate cottages located 65 metres west of Lesparrow, likely built in the early to mid-19th century. The cottages are constructed from slatestone rubble and feature a grouted scantle slate hipped roof, with rendered brick stacks on the end walls and one axial chimney. Originally, there were three units, each designed with a one-room plan, and the structure is two storeys high. The front is asymmetrical and has six windows. The second opening from the left on the ground floor is a door, while other doors are partly blocked with windows. All the windows are two-light wooden casements with six panes each, and they have cambered brick heads and slate sills. The interior has not been inspected. The cottages are included for their group value.
