Description
ST DOMINICK BOHETHERICK SX 46 NW 4/224 Pair of houses attached to north of Well Cottage GV II Pair of attached estate houses. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble. Slate roof, hipped to left and with gable end to right; gable end stack to right, axial stack and end stack to left, all with rubble shafts. Plan: House to left is of 2-room plan with central entrance; the room to left is heated by the end stack and the room to right by the axial stack. The house to right is of one room plan, heated by the end stack to right; with a rear service room. Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 3-window range; first floor has three 2-light casements. Ground floor has continuous hood over 3-light casement, plain door and 3- light casement each house. Attached to left is a single storey rubble lean-to with 2- light casement. The right side has external stack with oven at the base. Single casement at ground and first floor in the rear service room. Interior: Not accessible.
