Description

This is a house, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble, with a rag slate roof, gable ends, and a brick chimney stack. The building has a two-room and cross passage plan.

The front elevation is almost symmetrical, with two windows on each floor. The ground floor has early 19th-century sash windows: a four-over-eight-pane window on the left and a twelve-pane window on the right. A partly-glazed door is located in the centre. The first floor has two tall, circa early 20th-century four-pane sash windows set within gabled half-dormers. The interior remains uninspected.

The building is included on the list for its group value and for the prominence of its elevation when viewed from the harbour.
