Description

Sunshine is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted rubble walls and timber lintels, topped by a scantle slate roof with gable ends. The original layout was a one-room plan with an entrance lobby on the left. In the 20th century, the cottage was extended on the right side and at the rear. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window front. The doorway on the left is now partly blocked and has been fitted with a window, with the wall above the doorway and window opening rebuilt at the same time. The other openings are original, and the cottage has 20th-century casements with small panes. The interior has not been inspected.
