Description

This is a cross located approximately 11 metres south of the Church of St Piran in Perranporth. It is probably of medieval origin and was moved from St Piran's Oratory in 1980. The cross is a small granite monolith shaped like a Latin cross, featuring short chamfered arms and a short section of the shaft, which is also chamfered. It is set on a late 20th-century granite base.
