Description
PILLATON SX 46 SW 6/182 Well house at Pentillie Quay GV II Well house. C19. Slatestone rubble and granite. Well house, built into the bank at the rear. The front has a chamfered granite doorway, with roll mouldings and hood mould, cast iron gate across. Gable over with granite coping and inset granite stone with carved moline cross and illegible initials. Steps lead down to the interior, with vaulted roof and well to the left side; this has a doorway with chamfered granite lintel.
