Small house with adjoining cottage, now 1 house. Circa late C18 or early C19, extended circa mid C19. Slurried rubble with cob to the upper floor of the original house (left). Dry Delabole slate roof with brick chimneys over gable end, left, and over hipped end on the right. House was probably originally thatched. Plan: 2-room plan original house on the left and later 1-room-plan cottage on the right. The house has central lobby entrance and the cottage has lobby entrance on its left. Possibly remodelled plan in the C20. Exterior: 2-storey. Overall 4 window south-east front with symmetrical 3 window front with central doorway of original house on the left and regular 1 window front of cottage on the right. C20 doors in original openings. C20 12-pane casement windows, probably copies of former windows. Interior: Not inspected.
