Description

This headstone, located 20 metres to the west of the tower of the Church of St Petroc in Padstow, commemorates Ann and William Horswell. It dates from 1793 and is dedicated to Ann, the wife of William Horswell, who passed away in that year. The headstone also honors William Horswell, who died in 1803. It is made of slate and features a rectangular shape with inscriptions in upper and lower case lettering, complete with serifs.
