This is a headstone dated 1789, located 15 metres southwest of the west tower of the Church of St Petroc in Padstow. It commemorates Elizabeth Main, the wife of William Nain, a mariner, who passed away in the same year. The headstone is made of slate and features rectangular shape with inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering, complete with serifs.
