Description
This is a headstone located 2.5 metres to the south aisle of the Church of St Ildierna, commemorating Elizabeth and Jenny Hole, who died in 1776 and 1777 respectively. The headstone, made of slate, features a segmental arched head and is inscribed with both upper and lower case serif lettering. The inscription includes a verse that reads: "Husband farewell Children adieu Some time you must remain But still trust to meet all three With Christ in Heaven again."
