Description

The cross at Alsia, located at SW396251, is a Grade II listed structure dating from the Pre-Conquest period. It is a wheel-headed granite monolith featuring a horse-shoe shaped wheel-head that is attached to a tapered shaft. Each side of the cross displays a Latin cross in relief. This cross is documented in "Crosses of West Cornwall" by Laura Rowe.
