Description
This granary and cartshed, located 10 metres south of Rosuic Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It features a stone rubble base with upper walls made of cob and granite posts used as buttresses. The roof is hipped and covered with combed wheatreed thatch. The building has a rectangular plan and consists of one cell, with an asymmetrical design across two storeys. The gable end faces north and includes a wide opening under a timber lintel on the right side of the ground floor. There are 10 stone steps leading to the first-floor entrance on the left, which has a wide timber planked door. The roof timbers have been replaced.
