Description
This is a headstone located in the churchyard about 10 metres north of the tower of the Church of St. Mary and St. Julian. It dates from the 18th century and is made of slate. The headstone features a stepped nowy head with a lined border and well-crafted lettering. At the top, there is an incised cherub's head with feathered wings. The inscription commemorates three children, James, Edward, and Jane Stephens, all of whom died in 1771.
