Description
This is a farmbuilding located 5 metres to the north-east of the farmhouse at Keybridge, dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed from granite ashlar and features a rag slate roof with gable ends. The building has a rectangular shape and is built along a slope, with the ground rising gently to the left. It includes shippens and/or stables on the ground floor and a threshing floor above.
The exterior presents a two-storey, asymmetrical front elevation. The ground floor has entrances for the shippen or stable, which are flanked by windows. The first floor features a single door leading to the threshing floor, positioned to the right of centre and covered by a slate hood. To the left and right of this door are 19th-century windows with margin glazing bars and two-light casements.
The interior has not been inspected. This farmbuilding is part of a group of buildings at Keybridge.
