Description
1-7 Morrab Place is an early 19th century terrace of six single-fronted stucco houses. They have slate roofs and a flat band. The houses are two storeys high with semi-basements, and feature fourteen windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within recessed architraves. Number 7 has a later 19th century splayed bay window on the ground floor. Numbers 1 and 2 have semi-circular arched doorways. Numbers 3, 4 and 5 have open Doric porches. Numbers 1-7, along with numbers 10-17, form a group of buildings with group value.
