Description

This is an 18th-century town house built on a 17th-century site in Penryn. The first floor is rendered over a rubble base. It has a dry Delabole slate roof. The building follows a double-depth plan, with two windows on each floor. The ground floor features a 20th-century shop front with a splayed central doorway, sidelights, and a pilastered doorway on the right, adorned with consoles supporting a moulded entablature, and a tall overlight. The upper windows are 20th-century sixteen-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
