Description
This outbuilding, located 1 metre to the southeast of the granary and 20 metres to the northeast of Roscarrock House, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a steeply pitched slate roof with gable ends. The building has a rectangular plan and an entrance that is asymmetrically placed in the front gable end. There is a plank door on the front right and a small window opening in the centre. Inside, there are four triangular slate openings on the rear wall and a 15th-century nailed collar rafter root. The outbuilding has group value with the granary to the left and Roscarrock House opposite.
