Description
This is a pair of gate piers dating from the 18th century, which were re-sited in the 20th century. They are constructed from granite ashlar and have a square plan. Each pier stands about 2 metres high and features a cornice, shaped necking, and a ball finial on top. The gate piers are located approximately 50 metres north west of the main east entrance to Carnanton House.
