Description
Nos. 15 to 17 Cornwall Terrace are an early 19th-century building of stucco construction, with No. 17 having a pebble-dash finish. They have a slate roof with wide eaves and three hipped dormers. The building is two storeys and an attic in height, with five windows, two first-floor windows being blocked. The windows are mostly sash windows with glazing bars, although No. 17 has modern casements. The ground floor windows are set within round-headed recesses. The doorways are semi-circular headed, each with a fanlight above; No. 17’s doorway has a gabled hood. The property is included on the list for its group value alongside Nos. 1 to 24.
