Description

This house, located about 40 metres south west of Trewan Hall, dates from the mid to late 19th century and has some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed from slatestone and elvan rubble with granite quoins, topped by a slate roof featuring ridge tiles and gable ends. The building has a two-room plan, with a larger room on the right and a smaller room on the left, both heated by gable end stacks. There is an unheated single-storey outshut added behind the left room.

The exterior is two storeys high with an asymmetrical three-window front. The first floor features three 19th-century 16-pane sash windows, some of which have been replaced in the 20th century. The ground floor has two 16-pane sash windows and a 20th-century door that is set off-centre to the left. All openings have brick segmental arches, and the right end of the house is blind. At the rear, there is a 16-pane sash window on both the ground and first floors to the left, along with a single-storey outshut to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
