Description

Milestone dating from the early 19th century. It is made of dressed granite and has a rectangular shape. The post features a pointed head and has an incised inscription on the side facing the road, which reads: "REDRUTH 2¼ CARN MENELLIS." Additionally, there is an ordnance survey bench mark for HELSTON.
