Description
This is an early 19th-century chest tomb located about 15 metres northwest of the tower of the Church of St Melor in Linkinhorne. It is made of limestone and designed in a Neo-Greek style. The tomb features a flat top with a moulded edge and a plinth. It has splayed corner pilasters and fielded stepped panels on the north and south sides, with oval fielded panels on the east and west. The inscription commemorates Jane, although her surname is illegible, and it dates to 1818.
