Description

Pixie Cottage is a 17th-century house situated in a row on the west side of North Road, West Looe. The house is constructed of rubble with a rough render finish, and has a steep dry slate roof with a large 20th-century dormer, the gable of which is covered in slate. It has a single-depth plan with a wing at the rear right.

The house is two storeys high with an attic, and originally had a single-window front. The first floor has a wide 20th-century four-light casement window with rectangular leaded panes. The attic has a similar window. The ground floor features a slate pentice roof over a central 20th-century canted bay window with diamond-leaded panes, a two-light window to the left, and a 20th-century door on the right. The interior of the property has not been inspected. It is included on the heritage register for its group value.
